Job Description

  • This is a 15+ year old exterior home improvement company serving customers across Minnesota and North Dakota
  • LP SmartSide Master Preferred Contractor and authorized dealer of Pella, James Hardie, TAMKO, CertainTeed, GAF, and Owens Corning products
  • Better Business Bureau accredited with an A+ rating

What is Being Offered:

  • Full commission, total $150K+

What The Position is About:

  • Achieve or exceed sales goals by attending preset in-home consultations and generating new opportunities through scouting, door knocking, and networking
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
  • Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Prior sales experience
  • The ability to self-generate leads and focus on retail sales
