This candidate can be located anywhere in Southern California

• This is a manufacturer of specialized stainless steel systems serving commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and architectural markets throughout the US
• This company offers a unique product with a strong competitive position and serves customers across a variety of project types and end markets
• Historically driven by an established customer base and industry relationships, this company is investing in sales to proactively develop new markets and expand their presence in key US markets

What is Being Offered:

• $70K-$90K base + uncapped commission (total $100K+)

What The Position is About:

• Achieve or exceed sales goals by driving product specifications and developing relationships with architects, designers, fabricators, contractors, building specialists, and key commercial accounts in the assigned territory
• Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
• Follow the sales process from bid to completion, including estimating projects
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
• Promote company products through onsite presentations and lunch & learns
• Represent and promote the company at trade shows and industry events
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of projects while maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking activity
• Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 2-5 years of commercial sales experience
• The ability to actively sell, hunt for new business, and develop the market
• Experience in industrial structural steel, building envelopes, bridges, infrastructure, landscape architecture, metal fences, enclosures, or metal fabrication is ideal
