We are looking for a driven and resilient Sales Representative to join our team in the fast-growing paytech industry, helping businesses adopt smarter payment solutions. This high-energy role combines inbound lead conversion and outbound prospecting, where connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and closing deals directly drives your success.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

  • Convert inbound interest into sales
    Engage with qualified leads from marketing and partners, guiding them toward the right payment solutions.
  • Drive outbound sales activity
    Proactively reach out to potential customers, build interest, and convert opportunities through structured follow-up.
  • Build and manage your pipeline
    Maintain a steady flow of opportunities through consistent outreach and relationship-building.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities
    Understand customer needs and present relevant products from our portfolio to maximize value.
  • Execute sales campaigns
    Work on focused campaigns aligned with strategic priorities and market opportunities.
  • Own your performance metrics
    Manage your activity levels, conversion rates, and pipeline to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team
    Share insights, learn from peers, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy
    Keep customer interactions and sales activities up to date in our systems.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Between 3–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C phone-based sales (outbound/inbound)
  • Proven ability to deliver results and close deals
  • Experience building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working in a KPI- and performance-driven environment
  • Thrives in a fast-paced setting with clear expectations
  • Strong communication skills – clear, sharp, and credible both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to adapt communication to different customer profiles

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with B2B sales (SME segment), preferably within fintech, payments, or subscription-based businesses, as well as CRM familiarity (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and strong skills in objection handling and complex sales dialogues
