About This Role


Our client is a leading player in the

wholesale, import, and export sector

, specialising in fast-moving consumer goods. They work with international suppliers to distribute high-quality products across the country, including

personal care items, household products, healthcare goods, and food & beverages

, serving retailers, wholesalers, and trade outlets through an extensive distribution network.


Job Purpose:

To drive sales and market development of automotive and hardware tools through identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, and executing pre-sales activities to build strong customer pipelines.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct field visits to garages, hardware shops, and wholesalers to generate leads.


  • Present product demonstrations and technical information to customers.


  • Collect and process customer orders and coordinate with delivery teams.


  • Build and maintain customer relationships to achieve repeat business.


  • Provide weekly sales reports, market feedback, and competitor intelligence.


  • Support in trade shows, demos, and mechanic engagement activities.


  • Ensure pricing, margins, and stock levels are optimised per market demand.


Requirements


  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Automotive Engineering, or related field.


  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales of automotive tools, hardware, or related products.


  • Strong product knowledge and technical aptitude.


  • Proficiency in Excel/CRM tools is an advantage.
