ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Revenue Growth: Take ownership of the sales strategy, ensuring aggressive expansion and market penetration.
- Hands-On Sales Execution: Lead by example by directly engaging with key customers, negotiating deals, and personally closing high-value contracts.
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team while fostering a results-oriented culture.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients, physicians, and aesthetic professionals.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to expand market share.
- Sales Process Optimization: Establish and refine sales processes, ensuring efficiency and high conversion rates.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep Knowledge of Aesthetic industry: Proven track record of success in sales leadership within the aesthetic, medical device, or beauty industry.
- Hands-on mentality with a strong desire to engage directly in sales and personally close deals.
- Provable negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Fast thinker and fast decision maker
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.

- Base salary: $110K
- Uncapped commission structure
