TheTerritory Sales Representative - Surgery Centers (ASC)isresponsible forsecuring andmaintainingdistributionchannelas wellas growing Cardinal Health Brand and Preferred National Brand productswithin free-standingAmbulatorySurgery CentersThe complexity of the solutions, products,andservices offered isvariedand can range from simple to moderately complex selling and longer sales cycleThe role reports into the Region Director,ASCand it is important that they canbuild andmaintainrelationshipswith key decision makersandpotentialinfluencersFocus areas will include driving new business as well as increasing penetration in existing accounts.

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage successful key relationships withinASCcustomersto achieve salesgoalsin assigned territory
Responsible for cold calling,prospectingand building relationships that will increase account penetration, revenuegrowthand customer satisfaction withinASC
Collaborates both internally and externally within various business units such as key contacts within national accounts, GPO Reps, and other vendors toarchiveresults
Conducts data analytics and analyzes the market penetration on products both in new and existing clients. Responsible foridentifyingareas for development.
Coordinates pre-call planning with sales support staff and delegates data collection topotential other team members.
Determinesprices offered to the client based on client Group Purchasing Agreements, finding suitable andmore affordablealternatives if necessaryand alsodeterminesrebate eligibility.
Complete all administrative tasks & training including expense reports,pipeline,maintainaccurateSFDC records, market feedback, etc.
In-service accounts bydemonstratingproduct applications,functionalityand use - on rare occasions may include the start of a night and weekend shifts
Attend andparticipatein sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed. Attend all regional, divisional and sector events including National Sales Meetings and Region Meetings
Maintain required sales activity level - examples include the number of expected visits & calls, number of products presented/account, etc.
Assistsdistribution order support and coordination as needed.Assistcustomers with back-orders and other related service issues
Maintain knowledge of the current industry/competitive landscape including, GPO's, healthcare economics, reimbursement, competitors, competitive products, etc.
Travel within assigned territory to call on accounts including overnight travel. Maintain active, in-person presence at top accounts
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience preferred
Experience in sales, account/relationship management, or customer success preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills including active listening, experience in developing and delivering presentations to both small and large groups
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative
A critical thinker with a problem-solving attitude, consistently seeking opportunities to improve processes and resolve issues efficiently
Possesses a resilient and confident attitude, with the ability to overcome obstacles andmaintaina positive outlook
Technologyproficiencywith CRM software such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 States with a clean driving record
Ability to travel up to 50% within territory including overnight stays
Customer/Vendor credentialing may berequired(this may include vaccinations). More details will be provided if you are selected for an interview
Anticipated pay range:$120,000 - $125,000 (includes targeted variable pay)
