For this position, you are expected to be based in Abha or Jazan and travel regularly in the Southern Region.


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Promotes and sells Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Responsible for developing, building, and maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Responsible for following up on leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximise the benefits of Medtronic products and/or services.
  • Promotes and establishes education about the company's products and/or services.
  • Conducts market research, including customer and competitor activities.
  • Implements market development plans/strategies and makes changes as necessary.
  • Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or changes to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Research and development (R&D), Operations and Marketing.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or a related healthcare field
  • 2 years of experience with a proven track record in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or a related industry, preferably surgery sales discipline (GYN or GS specialties). So that he/she can surely deliver and/or manage projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Ability to learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Strong Microsoft skills especially with excel
