JOB ID 23056 - Senior Sales Representative

Location: Jacksonville, 32216 – This position is onsite

Pay: $45,000 yearly plus commission
Typical first year commission earnings: $15,000 year 1 and will increase

Job Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management & Sales: Manage and grow an existing client base to meet/exceed sales goals, spending ~50% of time in the field with customers, prospects, and at industry events. Conduct daily outreach via calls and meetings.
• New Business Development: Prospect daily for new clients, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and actively participate in networking events to expand business opportunities.
• Account Coordination & Project Support: Onboard clients, maintain accurate records, and support Client Service Coordinators and the Sales Team with pricing, job status, client tours, and inventory follow-ups.
• Quoting & Financial Oversight: Prepare and secure approval for job quotes using company protocols; monitor AR and escrow balances and follow up with clients as needed.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations to ensure efficient project execution, and represent the company at trade shows and association events to build industry relationships.

Qualifications:

• Must have (5)+ years of sales experience
• Associate’s Degree required
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Overnight travel is minimal, significant daily local travel required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
