$65,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission | OTE $80K–$90K per annum

About the role

As a Sales Representative, you'll play an important role in helping older Australians and their families understand their care options and access the support they need.

You'll be managing warm inbound leads, making outbound follow-up calls and guiding potential customers through their journey with Trilogy Care. This is a phone-based sales role where you'll combine a customer-first approach with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

What you'll be doing

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Managing and converting warm leads into successful sales.
• Building rapport and trust with potential care recipients and their families.
• Understanding individual customer needs and recommending suitable care solutions.
• Following up with customers and maintaining strong relationships.
• Working towards individual sales targets and contributing to team success.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is confident communicating with people, enjoys a target-driven environment and genuinely cares about delivering a great customer experience.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence managing a high volume of phone calls while maintaining quality conversations.
• A proactive, resilient and results-driven attitude.
• The ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

The details

📍 Location: Bowen Hills, Brisbane

🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

🏢 Work arrangement: Office-based, five days per week
