Job Description

  • Drive sales growth and business development within the assigned territory by leveraging professional product knowledge, building strong customer relationships, and serving as a trusted business partner to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct regular customer visits (optical stores and distributors) to understand customer needs, maintain close relationships, and identify business opportunities
  • Promote and present products to customers, provide support for order processing, assist with account recon-ciliation, and follow up on payment collection when required
  • Acquire new accounts and identify untapped business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, SFE, and training and sales operations teams to dirve business growth
  • Execute company assigned tasks and projects

Education

  • Diploma in Ophthalmic Dispensing will be a bonus

Experience

  • Familiarity with the optical industry
  • Minimal 2 years of sales and marketing experience in a competitive market
