POSITION SUMMARY Our client, a sustainable concrete products manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join its team in Benoni. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting company products and services, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a target-driven environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell company products and services. • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions. • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities. • Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships. • Prepare and submit sales reports and updates to management. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification. • Previous experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role will be advantageous. • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Good organisational skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of sales techniques, customer engagement, and sales strategies.
