As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the go-to guide helping customers buy their next car. You’ll work with warm, inbound leads across phone, email, and live chat, with no cold calling involved. Along the way, you’ll develop valuable skills in discovery, pipeline management, objection handling, negotiation, and closing—all while making the car-buying experience simple, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable.

What you'll be doing

• Own every customer conversation and turn warm leads into happy customers.
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover needs, capture key details, and build trust quickly.
• Manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and keep opportunities moving.
• Learn how to handle objections with confidence, we’ll give you the tools, coaching, and support to sharpen your approach.
• Close deals, climb the leaderboard, and see your results reflected in your commission.
• Build practical sales skills that can support your long-term growth in a modern, technology-led environment

• You’re early in your sales career and ready to build strong foundations for the future.
• You have some experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced, people-focused environment.
• You’re curious about tech sales and excited to develop transferable, in-demand sales skills.
• Technology comes easily to you, and you’re quick to learn new systems and processes.
• Targets motivate you, you’re driven by progress and enjoy seeing your effort translate into results.
• You have a growth mindset and are eager to learn, adapt, and put feedback into action.
• You’re a natural people person; connecting with people, listening carefully, and going the extra mile.
• You’re comfortable working a rotating roster, including weekends (5 shifts a week).
