Somatrans is involved in the movement of cargo and offers a comprehensive range of freight forwarding services which goes up to the optimum level, that is the door-to-door service. Job Purpose: The job purpose of a sales representative is to drive revenue growth by promoting products or services, acquiring new customers, and building lasting relationships with existing clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotes/proposals within guidelines.
• Prepare market research for new prospects.
• Arrange telemarketing for existing & new customers.
• Visit potential & existing customers regularly.
• Monitor existing customers volume and database.

Job requirements

• HSC with at least 2 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of import & export procedures would be an advantage.
• Well versed with Excel spreadsheets, using vlookup and pivot tables .
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Have a strong work ethic.
• Be problem-solving and customer service oriented.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
• Attention to details.
• Holding of a clean Driving License.
