What You'll Do

• Meet with qualified guests during their stay at our Cape Cod resort.
• Build genuine relationships and learn about each guest's travel goals.
• Deliver engaging, consultative presentations highlighting the benefits of Capital Vacations ownership.
• Showcase our beautiful resort accommodations and vacation experiences.
• Help guests discover ownership solutions that fit their lifestyle.
• Partner with experienced sales leaders to continuously grow your skills and maximize your earnings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while consistently achieving sales goals.

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, automotive, banking, insurance, real estate, luxury retail, restaurant management, customer service, or other commission-based roles is a plus—but not required.
