Job Purpose

Local Sales representative to support the continued growth and expansion of the Downstream market in Korea

Key Accountabilities

  1. Manage existing customers and develop new business opportunities in the Korean Downstream and Power markets to achieve sustainable sales growth.
  2. Build and strengthen customer relationships through regular customer visits and commercial and technical discussions, while securing new project opportunities.
  3. Support project acquisition by working closely with EPCs, Fabricators, Owners, and Applicators.
  4. Manage sales opportunities through Gaudi CRM and maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline.
  5. Contribute to the achievement of sales and profitability targets through pricing negotiations, quotation preparation, and contract support.
  6. Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the company's Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), Ethics, and Compliance policies.

Key Activities

The job holder is expected to make routine day-to-day sales decisions independently within established company policies and guidelines.

This includes planning customer visits, managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, maintaining the sales pipeline in Gaudi CRM, preparing quotations within approved pricing guidelines, and coordinating with internal functions to support customer requirements. Any decisions involving pricing exceptions, commercial terms outside delegated authority, major customer commitments, strategic account planning, or contractual matters must be discussed with and approved by the Sales Manager.

Requirement

#Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

#A proactive sales mindset with a strong drive to achieve business objectives.

#Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across cross-functional departments.

#Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

#Ability to communicate effectively in English, including writing business emails.

#Valid driver's license and willingness to travel domestically as required.
