Lesaffre South Africa, a leading manufacturer of baking ingredients, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth and strengthening customer relationships. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and goals within your designated territory.
Identifying new sales opportunities, conducting regular customer visits, and maintaining strong communication with existing clients.
Providing exceptional customer service and support will be another crucial aspect of your role. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Your ability to build collaborative relationships and gather valuable feedback will be instrumental in enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to customers, conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate and support our clients' purchasing decisions.
