Job Description

We are looking for a hungry, self-driven Sales Representative who loves the thrill of the chase but also knows how to grow a relationship. If you are a natural "hunter" who can open new doors, but also a skilled "farmer" who can cultivate existing accounts, we want you on our team.

In this role, you will split your energy between winning new B2B clients and strategically growing the accounts you (and the team) have already secured.

What You’ll Do

· Proactively hunt for prospects via cold calling, networking, industry events, etc;

· Dive deep into our current client list to find upsell, cross-sell, and new opportunities;

· Run your market like it’s your own business, planning your daily travel and meetings;

· Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to pitch our solutions and lock in contracts;

· Keep our CRM updated so we can celebrate your wins and back you up when needed.

What We’re Looking For

· A completed University Degree is a must-have for this position;

· You have at least 3 years of experience selling to businesses, with a proven track record of both bringing in new customers and keeping clients happy;

· You have the grit to handle rejection while hunting, and the empathy to build trust while farming;

· You don't need a manager micro-managing your day - you get up, go, and make things happen;

· You can talk to anyone, build quick rapport, and command a room;

· You love being on the move, have a valid driver’s license;

· You can easily learn and understand industrial processes;

· Good command in English both written and verbal;

· Good skills in MS Office and fast learning ability in other computing systems.
