Drive revenue growth Identify business opportunities, acquire new accounts, and manage existing modern trade partners to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Strategic account planning Develop and execute data-driven annual and quarterly sales strategies based on comprehensive product and account analysis.
Relationship management Build and sustain robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and prospective buyers to secure sustainable business growth.
Cross-functional collaboration Partner seamlessly with internal departments (marketing, trade marketing, supply chain) to align strategies and deliver corporate objectives.
Market & product expertise Capitalize on market trends and deep product knowledge to maximize commercial opportunities and competitive advantage.
Sales forecasting & reporting Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts by product andcustomer andprovide structured weekly/monthly performance insights.
Commercial excellence Design and execute tailored promotional programs to accelerate sales velocity and effectively manage slow-moving inventory.
End-to-end order management Oversee the entire sales cycle from high-impact price negotiations toseamlessexecution and follow-up of sales orders.
Qualifications & skills
Industry experience5to 7 years of proven sales experience within the FMCG sector (Food & Beverage industry experience is highly advantageous).
Channel expertise Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead KAM managingHypermarketchannels is mandatory. Experience withCostcoandCVSis strongly preferred.
Track record Documented success in driving top-line revenue growth and successfully executing commercial strategies.
Market insight Customer-centric mindset with a strong commercial understanding of Asian consumer tastes and preferences.
Program execution Proven capability in collaborating with channel partners to design and execute high-ROI revenue-generating initiatives.
Soft skills Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and people management skills, paired with corporate-level business presentation capabilities.
Core competencies Highly passionate, proactive, and resilient mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for business analysis.
