Are you outgoing, goal-driven, and passionate about helping families say "yes" to life-saving swim lessons? Aqua-Tots Swim School is looking for a Sales Lead to help drive enrollments, support families through the decision-making process, and play a key role in our school's growth.
What You'll Do

Connect with new and returning families to convert leads into enrollments

Follow up on web leads, inquiries, and tours with confidence and care

Educate families on lesson options, schedules, and promotions

Support front desk staff with sales training and best practices

Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed

Represent Aqua-Tots with professionalism, warmth, and integrity
What We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Sales experience preferred (retail, service, or membership sales a plus)

Comfortable with goals, metrics, and accountability

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
