About the Opportunity

🎯 We are looking for an energetic, service-oriented, and sales-driven Sales Center Representative to join our Team

In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming leads and supporting customers looking for hospitality and event solutions, including meeting rooms, conference halls, event spaces, and other workspace solutions offered by ROOMS.

The role includes providing ongoing support through our sales center, qualifying incoming inquiries, managing the full sales cycle for selected leads, providing professional consultation, matching customers with the most suitable solution, and delivering an outstanding sales and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a prompt, professional, and high-quality first response to all incoming leads.
• Qualify incoming leads and route them to the appropriate sales teams, while managing the full sales cycle for selected opportunities—from the initial customer interaction through closing the deal.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales activities.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads and returning customers, gather customer feedback, and support customer retention efforts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage the sales pipeline using the company's CRM and sales systems.
• Work closely with Community Managers and cross-functional operational teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Meet sales targets while maintaining high service standards and fast response times.

Requirements

✔ Previous experience in Inside Sales or Telephone Sales – required.

✔ Proven experience managing leads and closing sales – required.

✔ Strong sales orientation, negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

✔ Excellent customer service approach, communication skills, and interpersonal abilities.

✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.

✔ Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
