【職務内容】

1. 既存大型顧客の営業・関係構築
• 主要電子電器メーカーとの営業窓口
• 定期的な顧客訪問、ニーズ把握、提案営業
• RFQ対応、技術提案資料作成、価格交渉
• 顧客からのクレーム対応、課題解決
• アップセル・クロスセル提案による売上拡大
• 顧客満足度管理

2. 新規顧客開拓・市場開発【Hunter型営業】
• 新規顧客（電子電器メーカー、材料メーカー等）の開拓
• 市場調査、顧客リスト作成、初期接触
• テレコール、訪問営業での顧客ニーズ探索
• 提案資料作成・プレゼンテーション
• 失敗を恐れず継続的な新規開拓活動

3. 営業サポート・情報管理
• 営業データ・受注情報の管理
• 本社営業企画部への定期報告
• 海外拠点との営業情報共有
• 営業活動のシステムへの記録・分析

[Job Responsibilities]

1. Sales & Relationship Management with Existing Major Accounts

• Serve as the primary sales contact for major electronics and electrical manufacturers
• Conduct regular customer visits, identify needs, and engage in solution-based selling
• Handle RFQ responses, prepare technical proposal materials, and conduct price negotiations
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling proposals
• Manage customer satisfaction

2. New Customer Acquisition & Market Development [Hunter-type Sales]

• Develop new customers, including electronics/electrical manufacturers and material manufacturers
• Conduct market research, build customer lists, and make initial contact
• Explore customer needs through cold calls and field sales visits
• Prepare proposal materials and deliver presentations
• Engage in continuous new business development activities without fear of failure

3. Sales Support & Information Management

• Manage sales data and order information
• Provide regular reports to the Head Office Sales Planning Department
• Share sales information with overseas offices
• Record and analyze sales activities in the system

【必須要件】
・ポリマー・化学品・素材営業の経験
・電子電器・電機業界での営業経験、または OEM/ODM等、製造業の顧客構造と商流を理解している
・新規顧客開拓に主体的かつ継続的に取り組む姿勢がある（Hunter型営業）
・複雑な営業案件を主導的に進められる問題解決能力
・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション（TOEIC550点以上相当）2次面接は英語で行う予定です。
・Microsoft Office（Excel・PowerPoint）の実務レベルの使用経験
・自主性が高く、目標達成への執着心が強い方

・複数の顧客層との営業経験（ポートフォリオ営業）
・グローバル企業での勤務経験
・SAP等のERP系システムの使用経験

[Required Qualifications]

• Experience in sales of polymers, chemicals, or materials
• Sales experience in the electronics/electrical industry, or a solid understanding of customer structures and distribution channels in manufacturing industries such as OEM/ODM
• A proactive and persistent approach to new customer acquisition (Hunter-type sales)
• Problem-solving ability to independently drive complex sales projects forward
• Business-level English communication skills (equivalent to TOEIC 550 or above) — The second interview will be conducted in English.
• Practical working experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Sales experience in the Asia-Pacific region
• Experience managing multiple customer segments (portfolio sales)
• Work experience at a global company
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP
