At Wilde East Towne Honda, we are looking for driven, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our high-performing Sales Team. This is a high-volume dealership with strong customer traffic, consistent opportunity, and a fast-paced environment where motivated sales professionals can build real momentum.

Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or come from a customer-facing background like hospitality, retail, serving, bartending, or customer service, we are interested in speaking with candidates who know how to connect with people, build trust, and create a great experience.

What You’ll Do

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will help customers through the vehicle buying process from start to finish. You will build relationships, understand customer needs, present vehicle options, and provide a professional, positive experience every step of the way.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner

  • Build strong relationships with customers by listening, asking questions, and understanding their needs

  • Present new and pre-owned vehicle options based on customer preferences

  • Guide customers through the sales process with confidence and care

  • Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers

  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on Honda models, features, and dealership inventory

  • Work with a sense of urgency in a high-volume sales environment

  • Partner with Sales Managers, Finance, and other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience

  • Deliver an exceptional experience that helps earn customers for life

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for individuals who are motivated, personable, and ready to learn. Automotive experience is helpful, but not required for the right candidate.

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Previous sales, hospitality, retail, restaurant, customer service, or automotive experience preferred

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • A positive, outgoing personality and professional presence

  • Confidence speaking with customers and guiding conversations

  • A competitive mindset with a desire to grow and succeed

  • Ability to stay organized and follow through in a fast-paced setting

  • Strong attention to detail and customer service focus

  • Team-player mentality with a willingness to learn and improve

  • Coachability and willingness to learn dealership processes, product knowledge, and sales skills

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
