We are currently looking for a Sales Representative, who will be responsible for the day-to-day in store activities concerning the acquisition of new customers, customer service, smart home product sales and bill payments of existing customers, in retail store.

What will you do:
Sales

  • Reach and exceed personal and store sales targets and KPI s.
  • Present, promote and sell the company‘s products, services, smart home products and special offers.
  • Keep oneself up to date with the competition ‘s products & services.
  • Answer customers’ questions about products and services.
  • Cross and upsell products and services at every given opportunity.
  • Know and apply the data protection laws when and where relevant.
  • Prepares sales contracts and monitors the contract procedure.
  • Sales Leads creation and Follow up.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and suggest promptly them to your seniors.

Customer Service

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Follow the Company’s communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Handle and carefully respond to customer inquiries, by providing excellent customer service through active listening
  • Aim to resolve issues end to end
  • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.

Store

  • Be co-responsible for the upkeep of the store in terms of display, stock and general upkeep, and opening and closing procedures.
  • Carry out in a proactive manner varied tasks that will be assigned.
  • Use the various IT systems according to the company’s procedures.
  • Participate actively in regular training and coaching sessions.

What you need to be successful:

  • A Degree in Business or Social Sciences
  • 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in services, and in customer services
  • Understanding of RES/DER technologies and market characteristics.
  • EnEx trader certification is a plus.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Strong contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Responsibility and consistency
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Familiarity with customer behavior principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales skills, initiative and effectiveness
  • Team spirit and positive mental attitude
