The Challenges We Have for You
Actively prospect new clients on construction sites and within industrial and commercial sectors
Maintain a strong field presence by completing a minimum of 25 client visits per day to maximize business opportunities throughout the Gatineau and Ottawa regions
Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions
Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Monitor market trends and competitive activity
What We're Looking for in You
Experience in sales and customer service
Strong discipline and effective time management skills
Experience with field prospecting ("cold calling" and walk-in visits)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a true hunter mentality
Existing network within the construction industry (an asset)
Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, to effectively communicate with both French-speaking and English-speaking clients on a regular basis

Sanivac was founded in 1961 in Notre-Dame-de-l'Île-Perrot by John Kelly and his wife Josée Serrurier. Initially, the company's activities focused on septic tank pumping and installation. As their sons Mark, Dennis, Patrick, and Daniel became involved in the business, Sanivac diversified its services and now offers a comprehensive range of environmental services to clients in municipal, residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. In 2017, the third generation of the Kelly family took over the reins of the family business. John Kelly's grandchildren, Carole-Ann, David, and Vincent Kelly, all grew up in the family business and were involved in operational activities from a young age. They understand the Sanivac family culture and are committed to delivering exceptional quality products and services.
