Job Description

主要職責:
銷售代表負責台灣南部區域(覆蓋嘉義至臺東),主要於既有客戶及新客戶中挖掘並完成銷售機會。該崗位將重點拓展多專科門診手術中心,並拜訪轄區內未被指定為銷售代表負責的部分醫院。工作地點可在高雄或臺南。

• 依公司目標,在指定區域內擴大 ASP 產品的市場佔有率
• 與新客戶及目標既有客戶建立關係,並透過顧問式銷售流程,找出滿足客戶需求的解決方案
• 為客戶提供適當的解決方案、行銷資料及臨床資訊,以獲得客戶對購買 ASP 產品的承諾
• 開發新的潛在客戶,主要透過資本設備的導入,同時培養 ASP 技術的支持者
• 與區域銷售經理、現場服務工程師、行銷、培訓及教育團隊有效溝通與協作
• 根據客戶需求,提供產品示範、培訓簡報及現場操作指導
• 使用 Salesforce 提供即時且最新的客戶資訊;定期更新銷售行動計畫及預測,用於區域季度檢討及業務計畫,以促進 ASP 產品與服務的採購
• 建立並維持最佳的拜訪頻率,以促進與客戶的良好關係,更深入了解客戶的業務與需求,並達成銷售配額
• 分析區域內資本設備、耗材及服務的銷售潛力,制定銷售執行計畫,以達成或超越公司目標
• 持續獲取、維持並擴展對產品特性、優勢、應用及市場狀況的理解,以提升現有及未來產品的需求
• 參與當地協會或其他相關組織,包括區域層級的採購團體

• 需具備學士學位
• 至少 2 年銷售經驗,最好是設備銷售經驗,或具同等經驗
• 能依職務需求進行差旅
• 除醫藥領域的銷售候選人外,亦可以接受護士背景或者是工業設備銷售背景的候選人加入我們

Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities within established and new accounts in a geographically dispersed territory. Additionally, the Associate Account Manager will focus their call activities on multi-specialty ambulatory surgery centers and some hospitals that fall outside Sales Representative assigned accounts.

Increase ASP's product footprint in assigned territory in a manner consistent with company goals
Establish relationships with new and targeted existing customers and identify solutions to meet customer needs through consultative selling process
Provide customers with the appropriate solutions, marketing collateral, and clinical information to obtain customer commitment to purchase ASP products
Develop new potential customers, primarily via Capital equipment placements while developing customer champions for ASP technologies.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with: Regional Sales Manager, field service engineers, marketing, training and education.
Provide product demonstration, training presentations and in-servicing based upon Customer's needs.
Leverage Salesforce.com to provide timely and current information on customers within your territory; routinely update sales actions plans and forecasts for Territory Quarterly Reviews and Business Plans to facilitate the purchase of ASP products and services.
Establish and maintain optimum account call frequencies which lead to better relationships with the customer, better understanding of the customer's business and needs, and the accomplishment of the sales quota.
Analyze territory capital, consumable, and service sales potential to develop sales execution plans that maximizes sales at or in excess of the company plan.
Continually acquire, maintain, and expand personal understanding of features, benefits, applications and market conditions, which enhance the needs for our current and future products.
Participate in local Chapters or other relevant organizations including regional level buying groups.

Our Needs:

Here's what we'll need from you:

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, preferably capital equipment, or equivalent experience
The ability to travel based on the requirements of the role.
Experience prospecting for new business and cold-calling.

Nice to Have:

Demonstrated/documented success launching new products, increasing product utilization, and protecting business from competition
Experience discussing reimbursement related to medical device sales.
Experience selling to ASC's, and Inpatient/Outpatient Endoscopy Suites.
Sterilization experience strongly preferred
