Sales Representiative

About the Role

As a Sales Representative at RX Korea, you will play a key role in driving sustainable revenue growth and exhibitor acquisition across assigned events.

You will be responsible for understanding customers’ business objectives and marketing needs, providing tailored solutions through exhibition space, sponsorship opportunities, digital products, and other value-added services. By adopting a consultative and customer-centric sales approach, you will help customers maximize their participation and business outcomes through RX events.

From prospecting and business development to contract closure and post-event relationship management, you will manage the full sales cycle while building long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.


[Key Responsibilities]


Sales & Customer Management

  • Sell exhibition space, sponsorship packages, digital products, and other value-added services for assigned events.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct sales activities through telephone, email, virtual meetings, and face-to-face client meetings.
  • Understand customers’ business objectives, marketing strategies, and challenges to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective exhibitors.
  • Manage contract negotiations, contract execution, and payment collection processes.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Proactively identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and expand exhibitor prospect databases and lead pipelines.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value and event revenue.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.

CRM & Sales Operations

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Manage sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare timely and accurate sales reports and business updates.
  • Utilize customer insights and sales data to support business planning and decision-making.

Customer Experience & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Support exhibitors throughout the entire event journey before, during, and after the event.
  • Deliver high-quality after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Represent RX Korea and RX Global professionally, upholding the company’s values and brand reputation.


[Qualifications]

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or related commercial functions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in both Korean and English.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems or the ability to quickly learn CRM platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in exhibitions, events, consulting, media, or related industries.
  • Sales experience in industries such as pharmaceuticals, insurance, or other B2B sectors.
  • Experience in consultative selling, solution selling, or international sales environments.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Proven track record in new business development and lead generation.
  • Experience utilizing data and customer insights to drive sales performance.
