As a Sales Representative at GEICO, you’ll do more than sell insurance—you’ll guide customers to protect what matters most to them. Whether answering inquiries from potential customers or helping a current customer find peace of mind, you’ll combine your expertise with genuine care to deliver an exceptional experience.

Compensation & Incentives:
Base Salary: $56,000 - $69,000 annually.
Performance Incentives: Earn up to an additional $60,000 annually.
Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends.
Bonuses: $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates (Personal Lines or Property & Casualty).

How You’ll Make a Difference
Customer Interaction: Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers to provide a positive and personalized sales experience.
Needs Assessment: Identify potential customer needs and recommend coverage solutions.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about GEICO’s products and identify cross-selling opportunities to assist potential customers.
Meaningful Impact: Provide potential customers with peace of mind by helping them choose the right coverage for the best protection.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing sales experience required; 3+ years preferred.
Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
Core Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
Availability:
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
