Job Description

We are looking for driven, passionate, and commercially minded Sales Representatives to convert warm leads into paying customers. You will speak with parents who have already engaged with our ads or inquiries, understand their child's learning needs, and recommend suitable educational courses priced between £80 and £1,500.

This is a consultative phone sales role focused on building trust with families, overcoming objections, managing follow-ups, and helping students access the right support. You will report directly to a Team Leader and receive structured onboarding, coaching, and performance support.

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Shift/Schedule: Shifting schedule supporting UK business hours initially, with possible coverage anytime between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM PH time, including potential weekend shifts. As the business expands into the US market, you may also be assigned to US market coverage, so strong flexibility with schedule and shift changes is required.

Contract Type: 6-month contract role, with possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities

  • Call warm leads, including parents who have already engaged with our ads or inquiries.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand each family's needs, goals, budget, and urgency.
  • Present and recommend suitable tutoring or online course packages.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, including follow-ups, objections, callbacks, and deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate lead, call, follow-up, and sales activity records in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
  • Build rapport with parents and represent the company's mission with professionalism and care.
  • Work closely with Team Leaders, trainers, and quality teams to improve sales performance.
  • Participate in coaching, call reviews, roleplays, and performance development sessions.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, outbound telemarketing, telesales, or phone-based customer conversion.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of outbound telemarketing or sales experience.
  • Experience selling to the UK or US market is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong phone presence, active listening skills, and confidence handling objections.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with parents and prospective customers.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Strong time management, follow-up discipline, and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Flexible, coachable, committed, and willing to learn the company's products and sales approach.

Preferred Profile

  • Background in education, tutoring, EdTech, customer service, or consultative sales.
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
  • Comfortable selling warm leads rather than relying on cold outreach.
  • Strong motivation to help students succeed, not just close transactions.
  • Able to balance empathy with commercial urgency.

Success Metrics

Performance may be measured through lead conversion rate, billing revenue generated, sales volume, booking revenue, follow-up completion, CRM accuracy, call quality, objection handling, and customer experience.
