Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
  • Build relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
  • Stay knowledgeable on current inventory, features, and industry trends
  • Manage leads and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Negotiate pricing and guide customers through the purchase process
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales experience preferred (automotive sales is a plus, but not required)
  • Strong customer service background with a passion for helping people
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-oriented with a competitive drive to succeed
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Training & Development
