Buscamos un/a Sales Representative para unirse a nuestro negocio de Curación Avanzada de Heridas (AWM) en España. La posición cubrirá la zona de Canarias, con residencia preferiblemente en Tenerife

Se trata de una posición de ventas de campo, responsable de la gestión y desarrollo del negocio en la zona asignada, trabajando con hospitales públicos y privados, así como con atención primaria (centros de salud, residencias, etc.).

¿Qué estarás haciendo?

  • Gestionar y desarrollar las ventas del portfolio AWM en tu territorio

  • Identificar y analizar oportunidades comerciales

  • Definir y ejecutar Account Plans y planes de acción por cliente

  • Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas de la zona

  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a concursos y licitaciones

  • Segmentar y priorizar clientes, reportando actividad y oportunidades en CRM

  • Colaborar de forma regular con el/la Gerente del área

  • Mantener un alto nivel de conocimiento técnico de los productos propios y de la competencia

¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito?

  • Estudios universitarios, preferentemente en áreas de la salud

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en ventas en el sector salud, idealmente en medical devices

  • Experiencia en Curación de Heridas será valorada

  • Experiencia en gestión de cuentas y conocimiento del entorno sanitario

  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y trabajo en equipo

  • Perfil resolutivo, orientado a resultados y al cliente

  • Nivel de inglés medio

  • Dominio de Microsoft Office y experiencia con CRM

  • Carnet de conducir y alta disponibilidad para viajar (>75%)
