Sales Representative

Honda of Temecula is seeking a Sales Representative to join its top-tier sales department. Our team consists of experts experienced in selling an incredible vehicle lineup and some of the most popular cars on the road. Schedule: Full Time - Open Availability

Business Hours: Sun - Sat; 9am - 9pm

Pay: $48,200-$158,700 (Commission Pay Plan)

Responsibilities:

  • Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes

  • Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available.

  • Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.

  • Track customers using store specific management system/s.

  • Keep up to date of Honda products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive sales, preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.

  • Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200 - $158,700 . This position is also eligible for commissions on (“Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”) and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability"). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation.​
