Sales Representative

Pay: Expected earning range for this position is $70k-$150K. This is a commission position with opportunity for bonuses. Your unique ability to sell product will determine your income.

Our well-established automotive dealership with Camp Chevrolet is looking for motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Sales Representatives to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Showcase our wide range of vehicles and assist customers in finding the perfect match for their requirements.
  • Conduct test drives and provide insightful product demonstrations.
  • Communicate effectively to highlight the unique features and benefits of our vehicles.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with the latest automotive trends, products, and market conditions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required. We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers effectively.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking candidate would be a BIG PLUS!
  • A genuine passion for automobiles and the ability to convey that enthusiasm to customers.
  • Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales goals.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow sales processes and documentation accurately.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
