and Responsibilities
This role is a full-time, fully remote Sales Representative position focused on both new business development and growth of existing accounts.
Core responsibilities
· Recruiting new customer accounts while servicing and expanding assigned existing and key accounts
· Managing a mix of company-provided accounts and ongoing new leads
· Driving annual account growth, with quarterly review and culling of inactive or underperforming accounts
· Establishing, executing, and reviewing a quarterly sales plan with the sales manager
· Daily prospecting, on-site and virtual presentations, trade show participation, order expediting, problem solving, and completion of required documentation
· Maintaining detailed activity notes, forecasting, and opportunity management within the CRM
Performance Expectations
· First-year sales minimum of $250,000, with a target of $350,000 in the first 12 months
· Minimum of two presentations per week, either web-based or in person
· Minimum of 40 outbound prospecting calls per day
· Weekly pipeline reviews and consistent CRM hygiene
· Attendance at bi-weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions
· Strong collaboration and communication with internal teams
Training
· Structured three-week onboarding program (in person preferred, or remote/hybrid depending on location)
· By week two, the representative is expected to begin calling into a provided customer base
· Close daily collaboration during ramp-up until fully independent and autonomous execution of sales strategy
· Additional vendor-led product training, both on-site and off-site, as applicable
