职位概述：
根据公司经营策略及发展目标，制定百纳科销售策略和目标，建立及不断完善和稳定销售网络，确保完成各时期的销售量目标，使公司的利润最大化。
岗位职责：作为国内领先的销售力量，致力于水产养殖营养品在中国的销售。负责客户开发，产品推广和商务谈判。与全球水产技术部门协调，为我们的水产孵化场客户(终端用户或分销商)提供一线技术支持。管理客户需求和期望，保持高水平的客户满意度，解决客户问题。联合当地和全球的利益相关者合作，确定我们的水产孵化场业务战略，并在特定的目标细分市场部署渗透计划。识别新的业务机会，确认并验证其价值，部署合适的资源以赢得新业务。辨别，挑选，拜访潜在的经销商，与公司合作共同发展业务。帮助现有经销商拓展业务。对现有的以及新的经销商进行评估（营业额，员工数量，拓展能力，弱势，主要的客户等）积极参与的研讨会（公司介绍，产品介绍等）定期与销售总监举行会议，汇报销售人员在工作期间的成就和问题，并提出建议和意见。 完成公司安排的其他工作
岗位要求：先进的水产营养技术知识 具有较强的业务开发意识，致力于开发新的业务。拥有“猎人”思想水产饲料和经销商开发及管理方面2-5年工作经验英语良好者优先考虑 有饲料和水产行业经验者优先（在大型国内或国外企业任职过）。Nanjing
