We’re looking for a passionate, driven Sales Representative to join our growing Subaru team. If you're motivated by helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a company that stands for more than just selling vehicles, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their automotive needs
  • Guide customers through the Subaru vehicle lineup, showcasing the value, safety, and reliability of our products
  • Stay informed about current inventory, features, and financing options
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through excellent service before, during, and after the sale
  • Represent the Subaru brand and the Subaru Love Promise through community involvement and exceptional customer care

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (but not required - we train the right people!)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity, motivation, and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug-free workplace. The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,480 to $121,200, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
