Compensation: Commission – World Class Compensation Plan with uncapped commissions and up to $5,000 flats on select models. Top performers earn $70,000–$200,000+ annually. Monthly incentives and performance spiffs available.
Schedule: May include evenings and weekends (to be discussed during interview).

Responsibilities:
Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
Track customers using store-specific management systems.
Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required. Luxury brand experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills and working knowledge of computers.
Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
