We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to grow our TENADO CAD software offering in the DACH market. This role will focus on driving new business, strengthening customer relationships, and promoting innovative CAD solutions that empower manufacturers and design professionals. This is a hybrid role based at our office in Bochum, Germany. You will be expected to work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Advise business customers via phone and virtual meetings, presenting our TENADO CAD software solutions in a clear, consultative, and customer-focused manner.
Drive new customer acquisition and establish long-term, strategic relationships that foster growth.
Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within existing customer accounts.
Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, leveraging CRM systems to track activity and performance.
Actively utilize modern sales tools and digital platforms to enhance outreach, engagement, and conversion.
Stay informed on CAD software trends, including AI-driven design innovations, to position solutions as cutting-edge offerings.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor value propositions and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
Completed formal training or education, ideally in a business or commercial field.
2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or customer success, with a track record of driving results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a persuasive and consultative sales approach. Fluency in German is a must
Entrepreneurial mindset with high motivation, accountability, and a proactive attitude toward achieving targets.
Ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies, including AI-powered sales tools, to enhance efficiency and performance.
Preferences / Nice-to-Haves
Experience selling CAD software, SaaS solutions, or other technical products in the manufacturing or design industry.
Knowledge of digital sales strategies, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
