Job Description

Our award-winning client is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team. Join our team as a Solutions Engineer and become a trusted advisor, guiding customers toward the perfect solution and ensuring their success every step of the way.

Responsibilities:


  • Deeply understand your client's challenges and demonstrate how our products provide the best solution.

  • Showcase your expertise by creating and presenting impactful product demonstrations.

  • Provide exceptional leadership through trials, implementations, and ongoing customer success journeys.

  • Actively participate in training and certification programs to stay at the forefront of product knowledge and sales best practices.

  • Achieve set quarterly and annual goals, exceeding expectations.

  • Respond strategically and effectively to customer requests for proposals.

Required Qualifications:


  • Possess experience in price negotiation, successfully closing deals, and navigating the sales cycle.

  • Understand related applications, relational databases, and web technology.

  • Thrive in team environments, tackling technical challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitor products, technologies, and strategies.

  • Excel in oral, written, and presentation communication, effectively engaging with executives and stakeholders.

  • Possess strong business analysis skills, translating stakeholder needs into actionable project goals.

  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones with meticulousness.

  • Embrace the opportunity for domestic travel (50%).

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, sales engineer, consulting, product management/marketing, training) and a B.S. degree in Computer Science or Engineering. A bonus if you have experience giving presentations and participating in relevant organizations.
