About The Role

We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our team based in Murarrie Brisbane. Reporting to the National Sales Manager – OEM, you will be responsible for a defined territory and a group of customers in the OEM market

The key responsibilities for this role will include, but not limited to:

• Building strong partnerships with our clients to help identify new business opportunities and grow market share
• Managing the marketing and sales activities of our OEM Division
• Implementing strategies to increase our revenue growth
• Developing and building trust & credible relationships with the sales team
• Coaching and mentoring the sales team with our distributors
  
  

About you

With a background in successful sales, business development and / or key account manager experience, you will enter the role with a proven track record of achieving sales and growth goals.

You will bring:

• Experience in field sales
• Capacity to achieve results and motivate, persuade and influence decision makers as well as strong negotiation skills.
• Selling skills to bring in new businesses whilst also maintaining existing accounts
• The capacity to achieve results, demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills
• Commercially acumen and have good judgement skills in decision making
• Excellent relationship management skills and the willingness to learn
