What We Are Looking For - Scope of Role

We are looking for an experienced and talented Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will：
Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

What Will You Do - Responsibilities for Employment

• To achieve annual sales target within assigned territory
• Develop and implement the annual business plan with the Channel partner, providing permanent support regarding to sales forecasting and reporting
• Promote and sell company products and services to current and potential clients through professional consultancy by means of presentation, training, workshop etc.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, identify sales prospects and establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
• Follow up on trial by end users and their feedback and assist in marketing events.
• Handle product return and customer complaints, and track customer orders and delivery.
• Propose improvement suggestions of products and services according to the changes and variations of customer needs and market.
• Other duties as assigned. Frequent travel.

Who You Are - Qualifications

Education

• College’s degree or above, preferred in stomatology related domain.

Experience

• At least 1 year relevant working experience in foreign invested companies, dental products sales experience preferred.

COMPETENCIES

• Excellent command of presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Proactive and strong willing to win.
• Logic thinking.
• Willingness to work under pressure and through significant business travel.
