Job Purpose

We are looking for a Sales Representative to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting corrugated packaging solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell corrugated packaging products (cartons, boxes, custom packaging solutions)

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts to achieve sales targets

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and contracts

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitor activities

  • Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts

  • Identify and develop new clients


Requirements


  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • Professional certification is an added advantage

  • 2–3 years’ experience in corrugated packaging/cartons or related B2B sales

  • Demonstrated high levels of performance in a field sales environment.

Key Competencies

  • A comprehensive understanding of the sales and marketing cycle

  • Proficiency in MS Office, and ERP/CRM systems

  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Excellent Customer Service, Customer Relationship and interpersonal Skills

  • Effective planning and organization skills
