Sales Representative

Location: Ogombo Road, Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time (Shift System: 7:30am 3:00pm / 3:00pm 10:00pm)

We are looking for energetic and customer-driven Sales Representatives to assist customers, restock shelves, and ensure the smooth daily operation of the supermarket. The ideal candidates must have excellent communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide product information as needed.
• Maintain proper display and arrangement of goods on shelves.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and attractive at all times.
• Assist in price tagging and inventory updates.
• Promote and upsell store products to meet sales targets.
• Monitor product expiry dates and report low-stock or expired items.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and complaints to management.
• Support team members and ensure excellent customer service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of OND / SSCE Certificate
• 1-3 years experience in a supermarket or retail environment.
• Must have good sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work in shifts and under minimal supervision.
• Basic numeracy and inventory knowledge.

Salary Range: 70,000 Monthly
