As an Automotive Sales Representative, you’ll guide customers through a seamless and rewarding vehicle-buying experience while building long-term relationships.

  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right Toyota for their lifestyle
  • Deliver a best-in-class buying experience that turns customers into loyal advocates
  • Present vehicle features, model options, pricing, finance options, and dealership services
  • Follow up consistently with prospective and previous customers
  • Track customer activity using dealership management systems
  • Stay up to date on new Toyota products, features, and technology
  • Participate in ongoing sales and product training

What We’re Looking For

  • Automotive sales experience is a plus—but not required

  • Experience in commission-based, retail, or customer-facing sales welcomed
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and computer skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
