• Fulfill quantitative requirements under the leadership and supervision of superior, and independently handle his/her own tasks.
• Promote and sell company products and services to current and potential clients through professional consultancy by means of presentation, training, workshop etc.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, identify sales prospects and establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
• Follow up on the end users’ feedback and assist in marketing events.
• Responsible for helping dealers develop new clients, monitoring cross-territorial sales.
• Handle product return and customer complaints, and track customer orders and payment.
• Propose improvement suggestions of products and services according to the changes and variations of customer needs and market.
• Other duties as assigned. Frequent travel.
