Position: Sales Representative

Reports to: Base Manager
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role focuses on promoting company products, identifying customer needs, and providing effective solutions to contribute to revenue growth.
Actively approach potential customers and present product solutions.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
Provide accurate product information and assist customers in decision-making.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Prepare sales reports and update internal systems.
Identify market opportunities and report insights to management.
Support the sales team in strategic improvements.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Sales experience (preferably in construction-related sales).
Problem-solving and active listening skills.
Teamwork and adaptability.
Driving license is mandatory.
