About The Company:

 Hiring for our Client Company who is an Online Courses learning platform with Certificates and Diplomas in Cloud, DevOps, SysOps, Artificial Intelligence.

- Communication with Leads provided by the company
- Update CRM records
- Level 1 customer support
- Keep himself updated with companys products and schemes
- Attend sales meetings
- Update sheets / Report work on daily basis.
- Sales Target achievement
- Continuous improvement in work quality with positive mind and attitude
- Punctuality
- Maintenance of office decorum

Responding to customer inquiries via phone,email, and chat

Providing product information and demonstration to customers

Sales Targets: Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through

Lead Conversion Rate: Improving lead conversion rates to increase sales.
