Job Description

We have two Sales Representative vacancies in Pretoria and Western Cape area. Interested applicants

must have:

Relevant tertiary qualification

At least 5 years Solid of Sales Experience

FMCG

Valid driver's license

Sales experience with a proven sales track record is an advantage

Computer Skills in Word and Excel

Cell phone

Neat and presentable

Well-spoken with negotiating skills

Applicants will be responsible for:

1. Assisting in the operation of allocated commercial stores.

Evaluate and promote better services to customers where required.

Control and monitoring of the company's Fixtures.

Monitoring of stores' monthly sales and growth in accordance with company targets.

Implement strategic initiatives as required by the Line Manager.

Ensure that all listed products are ordered and displayed in applicable stores.

Responsible for ordering and follow-up of all Seasonal and Everyday stock.

Evaluate and analyze allocated stores' monthly sales and growth in accordance with the company's monthly

targets.

Implement store disciplines as stipulated in Company's Show file.

Adhere to and implement company procedures as stipulated in the company's Procedure manual.

2. Liaising with internal and external customers.

Ensure that general correspondence is adhered to as outlined by the Line Manager.

Assist in the annual stock take in all stores if and when required.

Address complaints and resolve problems within all stores as required.

Advise line manager of concerns relating to operational issues and general correspondence.

3. Managing Merchandisers

Responsible for coaching merchandisers, planning, assigning, and directing work disciplining

merchandisers; addressing complaints and resolving problems - all in conjunction with the Line

manager.

Ensure that staff adheres to all company procedures and requirements as specified in the company's Sales

procedure manual and Show file.

Incumbent to perform other duties as may be required from time to time
