Acts as a representative for Madico, responsible for driving sales growth and providing customer support for all Installing Dealers within the assigned Florida territory. This role focuses on expanding market share for Madico’s Performance Films business through strong B2B relationship management, new account acquisition, and ongoing dealer support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve and exceed sales goals, including customer retention, wallet share growth, new account acquisition, new product launches, and overall territory sales growth.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships, independent installers, Installing Dealers, dealer principals, general managers, and service managers.
Manage and grow the Florida sales territory by identifying opportunities, developing new business, and expanding existing accounts.
Visit current Installing Dealers regularly to provide support on product quality, service, training, and technically related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prospect and visit potential Installing Dealers with the goal of converting them to Madico products.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations showcasing the value of Madico’s Performance Films—including paint protection film, window tint, architectural solar and safety films, along with our key partner programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely issue resolution and a high level of account management for both new and existing clients.
Analyze market conditions, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate in the development and execution of sales strategies and techniques to meet company objectives.
Generate leads, close new businesses, and continuously expand the customer base within the territory.
Maintain detailed and accurate weekly sales reports documenting sales calls, dealer visits, pipeline activity, and new opportunities.
Fully utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships, track interactions, and keep all account information current and organized.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in automotive, aftermarket products, or B2B sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a territory-based role.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Experience presenting products and delivering effective sales demonstrations.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, field-based role.
Ability to travel up to 70% of the time while maintaining consistent face-to-face engagement with territory customers
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
WORK LOCATION:
Based in Florida with the ability to be in Madico headquarters office weekly when not traveling. Preferred county locations include Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee or Pasco.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Ability to operate various software including CRM.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques are required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The performance of this position represents a typical office environment but occasionally requires exposure to the manufacturing areas which require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and steel toe or composite toe shoes.
