The Role: BMW Vehicle Sales Representative

As a BMW Sales Professional, you are the trusted advisor and ambassador of the brand.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating long-term relationships with premium clientele
  • Guiding customers through a tailored, consultative purchasing process
  • Maintaining expert knowledge of BMW models, technology, and market trends
  • Delivering a seamless luxury experience from initial contact to final delivery

Compensation & Incentives

Estimated Annual Earnings: $70,000–$130,000

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes
Commission(s) off: Individual Payable Gross Bonuses based on: Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.
