Job Description

IBMC is assisting a global client in their hiring initiatives. We are looking for a driven sales professional who thrives on establishing worldwide connections. The role of a proactive Sales Representative involves expanding our international client portfolio by reaching out to qualified leads and nurturing meaningful discussions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to global leads provided by the team via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
  • Initiate conversations, build rapport, and schedule qualified sales meetings
  • Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion and achieve monthly targets
  • Present service offerings in a clear, consultative manner tailored to client needs
  • Manage and track all lead activity and pipeline using CRM tools
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the Business Development Lead
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently to move deals forward
  • Maintain high responsiveness and professionalism while working across different time zones

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, sales representative, or telesales roles
  • Experience working with clients in marketing, technology, agency, or related industries is preferred
  • Comfortable engaging with international clients, especially in finance, trading, or tech sectors
  • Proven track record in booking meetings and/or closing deals from warm and cold leads
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Pipedrive
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly responsive
  • Ability to work flexibly across multiple time zones (EU, APAC, or global coverage)
